Providing motivation until the goal is reached
Development and successful execution of goals will be an integral part of your role
as a healthcare manager.

presentation (PPT) that you can share with your department giving an overview of 1
short-term goal and 1 long-term goal for each challenge. Your goals should be
developed using the SMART goal technique
